Maintenance Head Mach

Objective

As the Maintenance Head Mach at Nemak, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the company's equipment, machinery, and asset systems. Your goal will be to meet production, quality, and cost requirements through the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment effectiveness.
  • Manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities at the facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure the continuity of operations.
  • Control and determine the refurbishment of machinery.
  • Ensure that human resources have the tools, technical knowledge, and skills necessary for the correct execution of maintenance in the areas.
  • Control maintenance costs, ensuring the established budget.
  • Ensure compliance with indicators and analysis of deviations.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineer, or Mechanical Administrator Engineer.
  • Advanced English.
  • Personnel Management.
  • Knowledge of 4-5 Axis CNC.
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electricity, control, and automation.
  • Knowledge of maintenance methodology: TPM, RCM 2, SMRP, Progressive.
  • Ability to make decisions and coordinate teamwork.
