Under the supervision of the Warehouse Superintendent, assists with the planning, coordination, and control of the distribution center’s day-to-day operations to ensure the timely and accurate filling and shipping of customer orders. Oversees inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain accurate inventory levels and support documentation. Provides consultation to customers on the supply of industrial parts and collaborates with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory
  • Monitors inventory levels and initiates replenishment orders as needed
  • Ensures accurate logging of inventory transactions and cycle counts
  • Liaises with customers to resolve inquiries and issues related to the supply of industrial parts
  • Supports the development and implementation of business strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution center or warehouse environment
