Job Summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Systems Engineer to join our team in Acton, MA. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing test cases and protocols for design verification, ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering functions to develop and obtain approval for test cases and protocols.
  • Execute verification and validation tasks according to established timelines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and validate test tools as required, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Write detailed reports and log issues for executed verification tests, maintaining accurate records and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Participate in technical reviews and design reviews, contributing to the development of our products and processes.
  • Contribute to the Systems team's efforts by performing other duties as required, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and scientific methods.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal directions and procedures.
  • Personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
  • Experience with software packages such as Jira, Helix, Confluence, and Arena PLM, with the ability to generate and maintain accurate records.
  • Previous experience working in medical device or similar regulated environments, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
