**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Driscoll's. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our internal audit process and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with DOTA Quality SOPs
  • Conduct internal audits to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Train and support Quality team members to ensure standardization of criteria
  • Develop best practice processes and procedures to optimize quality management
  • Ensure the integrity of the internal audit process through compliance with protocols, objectivity, and consistency
  • Prepare and communicate internal audit findings and recommendations
  • Support the development of corrective action plans and follow-up verification
  • Collaborate with regions across Mexico to provide technical support and user creation for various platforms

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Biological Sciences
  • 2 years of professional experience in the job
  • 3 years of professional experience in the functional area
  • ISO 9001 and ISO Advanced certifications
  • Internal Auditor certification
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency
