Senior Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term partnerships with key accounts and executive levels of large top-tier retailers. You will ensure that these partnerships lead to strong sales and Gross Profit performance for both parties, thinking in both the short and long terms.
You will implement tactics and the overall execution of the business plan, liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This role requires a high degree of integrity and compliance with all B-F policies and applicable Mexican laws.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage key business activities for top-tier customers, negotiate and maintain sustainable long-term relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations for the accounts when required, develop and evaluate account business plans to ensure they meet strategic business objectives and align with emerging trends and market changes.
- Collaborate with internal key stakeholders on identifying business opportunities and developing appropriate tactics and strategies.
**What You Can Expect:**
As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you can expect to drive business forward by coordinating appropriate resources and personnel to meet customer needs. You will be accountable for sales performance, strategies, and tactics in coordination with Trade Marketing, CPFR, Sales Field Operations, Finance & Marketing for the assigned customer portfolio. You will lead contract negotiations for the accounts when required, develop and evaluate account business plans to ensure they meet strategic business objectives and align with emerging trends and market changes.
