About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Process Specialist to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in refining our mid/small-scale manufacturing processes to achieve optimum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

As an Electromechanical Process Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing manufacturing processes, providing technical expertise and problem-solving acumen to maintain seamless mid/small-scale production operations, and identifying and driving process improvements to contribute to cost reduction and enhanced facility performance.

You will work closely with our Quality Assurance teams to perform rigorous quality checks and data analysis, upholding our high standards. Additionally, you will foster a learning environment by educating team members on intricate process and equipment details, ensuring a knowledgeable staff.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes, modifications, and progress within your scope of work is also a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to achieve optimum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving acumen to maintain seamless mid/small-scale production operations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, contributing to cost reduction and enhanced facility performance.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks and data analysis in collaboration with our Quality Assurance teams, upholding our high standards.
  • Foster a learning environment by educating team members on intricate process and equipment details, ensuring a knowledgeable staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, modifications, and progress within your scope of work.

  • Proven track record in a manufacturing environment, with a knack for honing mid/small-scale production processes.
  • A solid foundation in process optimization, keen on both technology and sustainable practices.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data and a commitment to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering teamwork across all levels of the organization.
