Analog and Mixed Signal IC Designer for Dynamic Memory Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Analog and Mixed Signal IC Designer to join our team at the Micron Mexico Design Center. In this role, you will work on the development, design, optimization, verification, and implementation of block-level circuits for all DRAM-related memory products.
As a member of our IP Development Group, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to design critical and standard circuits common to all DRAM-related memory products. Your expertise in analog and digital CMOS design will enable you to work on various circuits, including I/O's, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, repair-related circuits, DLL, and standard control logic.
You will also be responsible for working with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of the circuits you design. Additionally, you will provide layout supervision and optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations. Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Analog IC design experience, specifically in Regulator, Charge Pump, Oscillator, Current reference, Bandgap, Comparator design
- Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the memory industry, either flash or DRAM, is a plus
- Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
- Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
