Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including project managers and senior leaders
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of IT and financial systems, such as Sales Force and SAP
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and negotiation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP)
