As an SAP Basis Senior Consultant at Infosys Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver.
You will work closely with our global operations team to resolve complex issues and implement ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Event Management/Monitoring, and Change Request Management.
A strong understanding of SAP Basis systems is essential for this position, along with hands-on experience with SAP technologies like S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Business Objects solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and configuration of SAP NetWeaver
- Database administration and troubleshooting
- ITIL process implementation and management
- SAP system upgrades and kernel upgrades
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Over 6+ years of work experience as an SAP Basis Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies like S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Business Objects solutions
- Experience with database administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work on time-critical assignments
