About the Role

We are seeking a talented technical leader to join our team as a Software Development Manager, Digital Payments and Emerging Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of payment experiences that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap of services that enable faster delivery of payment experiences to our customers
  • Document and present strategies to senior management
  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
  • Management of departmental resources, hiring, mentoring, enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class product development team
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach
  • Report on status of development, quality, operations and system performance to leadership
