  • Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering
  • 3+ years of practical experience in a Method Engineering role or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience leading projects
  • PMP Certification (Desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience with business software related to capacity planning such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), and open to learning every day
