Job Summary

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as TechConnect Talent Acquisition Specialists. As a TechConnect Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of technology and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Source and evaluate top candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive pool of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other talent acquisition professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
