Overview
PepsiCo, a global food and beverage leader, offers an exciting opportunity for Optimized Route Specialists to join our team. With over 116 years of history in Mexico, our iconic brands are consumed more than a billion times a day in over 200 countries.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for supporting accelerated volume growth and cost optimization through route engineering design solutions within the Route Intelligence Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow service requests from Field Strategy Managers and perform solutions using the Territory Planner platform.
  • Interact with Coordinators to clarify request items and align with Project/Change Managers to get feedback on route engineering solutions in the field.
  • Coordinate with team members for support requirements and technical needs.

Your Impact:
  • Expertly use software to perform route engineering solutions based on business unit requests through Route Design Managers.
  • Utilize the PFNA Gold Standard Route Engineering Process.
  • Modify route engineering solutions based on performance feedback from the field.
  • Build reports to follow up on solution delivery performance with Coordinators.
  • Support Route Intelligence Center continuous improvement plans and implementation.
  • Achieve SLA commitments with each project.

Qualifications:
  • Professional/Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent English professional skills.
  • Ability to use MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
