As a Senior Quality Assurance Expert, you'll play a vital role in shaping our testing processes and strategies. With your extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, you'll lead the development and implementation of advanced testing approaches, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of test scenarios for complex software applications.
- Lead and mentor junior and semi-senior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance testing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with developers for quick resolution of issues.
- Provide expert insights into test planning and strategy sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in testing.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong experience in application security best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
- Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
- Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
- Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
- Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
- Advanced level of English.
