The Role

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing dedicated support in ensuring customer orders are filled in full and delivered on time. Responsibilities include order entry, end-to-end order fulfillment, and process optimization with the support of SAP (ERP).

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including planning, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure compliance with the service level established by the client, to achieve the organization's sales objectives.

Order Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of order fulfillment activities, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce order touches, and improve customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Perform service level reporting.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to order fulfillment and customer requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Experience: 2+ year's relevant experience.

Skills: Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are critical for success. Ability to multi-task effectively while working in a fast-paced and outcome-driven environment. Proficient written and oral professional communication. Demonstrated ability to work independently and initiate action.
