As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our assembly operations by establishing production lines, implementing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement production lines, including equipment, fixtures, and safety standards, to support capacity and workload requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality, efficiency, and repeatability goals.
- Create and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, and machine instructions to support production processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and submit reports to management on production status, achievements, and project plans.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in final assembly or box build.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and ViewMate.
- Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
