Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee and maintain our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems program. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our PLM software and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components supporting PLM systems.
  • Oversee the configuration and administration of servers, storage, networking, and virtualization environments critical to PLM operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for PLM applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage relationships with service providers across the PepsiCo IT landscape, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures related to PLM implementation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to PLM operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of PLM infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with specific expertise in supporting PLM systems.
  • Mandatory Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization technologies (VMware), networking protocols, and storage solutions.
  • Experience with PLM software (Siemens Teamcenter or FCID a plus) and their integration with other R&D systems.
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Mandatory Non-Technical Skills: Project management experience, including Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
