This role will provide you with valuable experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and other departments to drive business results and improve processes.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our HR team with various tasks, including:
• Identifying critical HR metrics and adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
• Supporting the HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Working closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
• Fostering the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• An active bachelor's degree from the 7th semester upwards related to the HR area, such as Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Business, Communication, or Public Relations.
• English language proficiency at an advanced level.
• A strategic mindset, anticipating future trends and implications accurately.
• The ability to energize when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty, dealing constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
• Personal commitment to continuous improvement and lean principles, accepting assignments that broaden your capabilities.
• Proactivity and a willingness to learn.
