**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for managing sales activities for Mubea, which involves performing various duties personally or through subordinates. Key responsibilities include focusing on sales, pricing, cost calculation, and planning to achieve corporate goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Acquire new customers and provide comprehensive support to existing ones in the defined international sales area.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to align with corporate objectives.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Conduct market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Evaluate offers, negotiate prices, and enforce claims.
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
- Establish sales territories, quotes, and goals, and coordinate sales distribution.
- Advise dealers, distributors, and clients on sales and advertising techniques.
- Assign sales territory to sales representatives.
- Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Direct product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from the sales line.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote the product.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate liaison between the sales department and other sales-related units.
- Monitor and evaluate expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Direct product research and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
- Recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or higher in a related field, with advanced experience in contract law and negotiating skills. SAP experience is also preferred, along with experience in automotive manufacturing and/or engineering and sales-driven businesses. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
