Global Conservation Administrator

Career Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Global Conservation Administrator to join our team at CEMEX, Inc.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating and processing worldwide orders of the annual nature book, maintaining the monthly administration for El Carmen Nature Reserve, and supporting the process of conservation and biodiversity databases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process national (MX) and international nature books orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage book inventory and warehouse operations to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Account Management: Manage accounts and process payments for El Carmen Nature Reserve, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare monthly expense statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Budgeting: Prepare and track the annual budget for El Carmen Nature Reserve, ensuring effective financial planning and management.
- Database Management: Process conservation and biodiversity databases and surveys, utilizing Excel and Power BI to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the sustainability area, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Logistics: Coordinate the distribution of international and national book shipments, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Analysis: Analyze databases and prepare information with short notice, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Payroll Support: Maintain accurate payroll records for vendors and El Carmen staff, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required.
- Education: A degree in accounting or administration (master's in administration) is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, 3 years in import and exportation, and 5 years in database management is required.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in database management (Excel, Power BI), client services, and problem-solving oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
Internal and External Relations:
Internal Relations: Global and CEMEX Regions Sustainability teams, Global Treasury team, Global Planning team, Global Corporate communication, Top management and V.P assistants.
External Relations: CEMEX Providers, Others.
