- Administer and maintain the monthly administration for El Carmen Nature Reserve, including account management and payment processing.
- Support the development and maintenance of conservation and biodiversity databases, utilizing tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Provide general administrative support for the sustainability area, including tracking and coordinating international and national book shipments.
- Analyze databases and prepare information with short notice, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
- Degree in accounting or administration, with a master's degree in administration preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, import/exportation, and database management.
- High proficiency in database management, Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent client services and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
