About the Role

Citibanamex is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within your assigned district or location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain High-Value Accounts: Establish and maintain relationships with high-value clients by providing expert advice and promoting high-level financial portfolios and other products.
  • Customize Offers and Cross-Sell Products: Perform the necessary processes and procedures to effectively customize offers and cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers.
  • Analyze Client Needs and Interests: Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services.
  • Process Service Requests: Receive and process service requests for clients to achieve their transfer and have a low percentage of rejections in customer certifications.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain product and service knowledge as well as remain current on applicable regulations by attending internal training programs.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management.
  • Comply with Regulations: Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment.
  • Assess Risk and Ensure Compliance: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citibanamex, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Financial Sales Experience: Previous experience in financial sales preferred.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient computer and technology skills.
  • Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Financial Regulations Knowledge: Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Influencing and Relationship Management Skills: Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills.
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School diploma or equivalent.
