Job Description:The Senior Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for managing the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training department's site-wide initiatives. This role involves driving campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates, creating and maintaining necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development, and pioneering all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization.
This position requires excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of independence and motivation, with a commitment to overseeing projects to completion. A bachelor's degree or college degree in any field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience in BPO.

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
