Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Transformers Expert to join our Schneider Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing the productivity of our plant in labor and indirect materials through the correct application of Lean and SPS Schneider Performance System methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the Manufacturing Projects of a set of lines, providing the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically, and productively.
- Deploy Timeline (in Project software) and Lean methodologies in its lines: VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen, and MTM2.
- Manage DOE Project management.
- Monitor efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE, QVE & COS Projects, and take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
- Lead planning, developing, and executing projects that improve the productivity of their production lines, through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies.
- Knowledge in Project, Autocad, CAPEX, Productivity, SPS/Lean, Teamwork, Leadership.
- Comply with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, ISO 50001, and CTPAT.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferably automotive or metalworking.
- Advanced use of Lean tools for at least a year and a half.
- Mandatory Graduated: Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics, Industrial & Systems Engineering.
- Advanced level of English, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity.
- AUTOCAD.
- MS Project.
- Teamwork Leadership.

- Focused on results.
