Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team at HARMAN International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and innovation, developing solutions, and integrating new technologies into our current processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement successful projects, ensuring seamless transfer and implementation.
- Design and commission solutions, ensuring timely start-up and documentation.
- Plan and execute new projects, following detailed documented planning.
- Implement new equipment requirements, including testing, implementation, documentation, and standardization.
- Train maintenance personnel and coordinate with plant engineering personnel and manufacturing areas.
- Continuously seek training and knowledge growth to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Integrity, innovation, inclusion, teamwork, and respect are essential qualities for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in manufacturing areas, development, and commissioning of automated systems.
- Proficiency in computer programming languages, such as PLC, C+, and HMI interface design.
- Strong networking and computer systems knowledge.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and communicate effectively with multinational teams.
- Advanced English language skills, with a minimum of 90% proficiency in reading and writing.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills are essential for this role.
- Leadership and change orientation are highly valued in this role.
- Collaboration, judgment, and result-driven approach are essential for success.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills and advanced ability to transfer knowledge are highly valued.
- Proficiency in BECHOFF, SIEMENS, and Allen Bradley PLC programming, as well as Epson and Mitsubishi SCARA Robots knowledge, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in an office or production floor environment.
- Ability to work with multinational teams and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of German language is a plus.
