About the Role

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our Master Data Management (MDM) squad, you will play a critical role in improving data quality, increasing automation, and eliminating legacy master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and master data based on 3rd-party data sources, including Factset, Dun & Bradstreet, and GLEIF.
  • Deliver against agreed SLA deadlines based on workflows from the central MDM tool.
  • Assist the onshore MDM team with Legal Entity and Security master data maintenance.
  • Work with the Team Supervisor to ensure data validation for key data domains across Master Data Management.
  • Identify continuous improvements to data support processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy and coverage levels are adhered to, with robust supporting documentation.
  • Support the development of data definition standards in collaboration with the onshore MDM team specialists.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Legal Entity and/or Security data, including Bonds, Loans, and Structured Products.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and how they work.
  • Prior experience working with a Master Data Management tool, such as Informatica, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent administration and communication skills, with a highly organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of third-party data management software, such as Informatica, and third-party data sources, such as Factset, Dun & Bradstreet, and Exchange data.
  • A self-starter who can quickly pick up new processes, work accurately, and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, balancing multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and manipulate data, with a can-do attitude to problems.
