Job Summary

The Technology Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and aiding operational processes. This role works with technology teams to execute client projects as well as new products and features. The ideal candidate will be a general problem solver who is excited about investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, operate, and provide maintenance on tools to access/download data from different sources.
  • Perform ad-hoc data requests and quality assurance.
  • Develop work plans and outline the critical success factors and metrics of projects.
  • Proactively work with technology to ensure a successful process of data operations.
  • Manage and communicate project actions and progress to internal and external teams.
  • Develop a complete understanding of all different data sources that feed the MSIGHTS platform.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Fluency in an EU language is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related fields.
  • Knowledge of the SCRUM framework is desired.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Efficient at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to articulate client needs/requirements to internal teams.
