About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to join our team at Infosys. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany, and Cash Management
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work closely with offshore teams to provide seamless support to clients
  • Participate in production support projects, including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, and automations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance
  • Full bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working with Cloud version of Oracle Financials
  • Experience participating in production support projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FAH and PPM
  • Experience coordinating with business and other teams on issues, enhancements, and projects
