About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and project management of digital work across internal systems, owned channels, and platforms to drive digital direct bookings
- Develop and implement efficient end-to-end digital and project management processes
- Implement and lead adoption of Marriott's technology growth platform initiatives by adopting and implementing new digital products and tools, in partnership with Global Digital team
- Lead the global Marketing and Personalization Acceleration focus and priority for Caribbean and Latin America
- Plan and implement continent-specific content authoring and product ownership
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related major preferred. MBA or similar advanced degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, previous focus on brand and/or integrated/digital marketing preferred with digital agency experience
- 2+ years managerial experience
- Expertise in developing and managing digital and/or marketing strategies across various channels, platforms
Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
