About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to lead our global expansion efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth across regions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services globally.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure Wishpond remains competitive.

About You

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS-oriented marketing operation or marketing agency.
  • A degree or diploma that contributes to your professional development is considered an asset.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing global teams and complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Location

This role can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you have a fast and reliable internet connection and are able to work standard business hours on EST or PST.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
