Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Discrepancy Review: Reviewing discrepancies in procurement documents and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Physical Material Validation: Validating physical materials received from suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Shipping and Order Tracking: Tracking shipments and orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic to Intermediate Level of English: Proficiency in English language to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Level of Excel: Proficiency in Excel to manage data and perform calculations.
  • Basic Level of Packaging Office: Familiarity with packaging software to manage shipping and order data.
