Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily reporting activities for the Materials Department
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Teamwork and collaboration

Additional Tasks

  • Upload updates to the client's platform for case escalation
  • Update arrival reports in short reports
  • Assist in generating reports for analysis of purchasing
  • Review SAP information for part numbers
  • Generate daily reports of placed orders for supervisor and purchasing manager analysis
  • Generate weekly metric reports for completion by buyers
  • Collect signatures for adjustment formats or Movex
