Director of Talent Acquisition

Tri Source International, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Talent Acquisition. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and have a proven track record in recruiting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to meet/exceed weekly hiring goals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.
  • Establish best practices, lead forecasting and reporting based on inputs from functional department heads, and develop processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with account managers and call center managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide training, coaching and feedback to all members of the recruiting team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to proactively address talent acquisition challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
