Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Leader to join our team at Molex. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives that drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with the company's global category strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and implement supplier scorecards to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in procurement and supply chain leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SAP and other procurement software systems.
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies and practices.
