**Key Responsibilities:**
- Determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate outgoing shipping activities to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, adhering to company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Administer the supply of raw materials to production, maintaining accurate inventory quantities through regular cycle counts.
- Direct the movement of shipments from shipping, storage, and work areas, ensuring organized, safe, and efficient storage, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Determine space planning and requirements for shipment positioning in boxcars, trucks, and lay out shipment positions.
- Inspect material handling equipment for defects and notify maintenance personnel or contact outside service facilities for repairs, errors, or complaints.
- Oversee all truck and forklift maintenance, coordinating and monitoring driver, vehicle, and load records.
- Prepare bill of lading and compile detailed records of unfilled orders.
- Collaborate with customs to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
- Provide training and work direction to assigned personnel.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in MRP and Excel.
- Valid visa.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
**Work Environment:**
Full-time position.
Day shift.
In-person work.
