We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to lead our operations team in Reynosa, Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, quality, and safety within the production floor.
Key Responsibilities- Safety Culture Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve safety culture among production teams.
- Accountability and Audits: Conduct regular audits and KPI reviews to ensure accountability among production leaders.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Collaborate with production teams to identify barriers to productivity and implement solutions.
- MRP and ERP Management: Ensure accurate work order processing and QAD transactions to optimize ERP system performance.
- Machinery Audits and Maintenance: Participate in daily machinery audits to ensure equipment is running as specified and lead problem-solving events to eliminate downtime issues.
- CAPEX and TPM: Work with the VP/GM to expedite CAPEX approvals and facilitate TPM processes for maintenance and tooling management.
- Experience and Education: 10+ years of experience in metal stamping with a strong understanding of tooling and processes, coupled with an engineering degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCad, with the ability to communicate technically in English and Spanish.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, priority setting, and goal planning with a focus on follow-through.
This position will be based in our Operations Facility in Reynosa, Mexico.
