Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support for Human Resources management processes to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment and Induction: Prepare and/or update personnel files in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate the onboarding process of new personnel with relevant areas.
- Labour Relations: Receive voluntary resignations from staff, deliver exit interview documents, and send severance documentation to the payroll area.
- Personnel Management: Deliver food voucher cards, make requests for personnel transportation, and safeguard uniforms on site.
- Support and Communication: Update communication boards and screens, support employees with Seniority Awards, and attend to needs and doubts of site staff.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
