Regional Finance Systems Specialist

Role Overview
The Regional Finance Systems Specialist will lead the implementation and effective operation of our core financial system, Oracle NetSuite, supporting integration processes to cross-functional teams. This role will work across the group and closely with the regional finance system team for the timely rollout of the system into newly acquired schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial System Implementation
- Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite, aligning with ISP's operating model and group policy, while addressing specific country gaps and requirements.
- Develop and maintain scoping documentation, specific school configurations, walkthroughs, UAT, user training, data migration, advanced features, and add-on implementation, including localization, tax compliance, document management, and payment services.
- Responsible for issue and resolution tracking.
- Administer user permissions and access, provide BAU support, and lead phases 2 rollouts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot processes, workflows, and scripts, and maintain regular maintenance, upgrades, and testing of the core system, localization, and 3rd party products.
- Identify improvements to ISP's operating model and contribute to regional and group roadmaps.
- Collaborate with 3rd party integration teams or MIS teams to design, test, and train on ISP integrations, mainly with MIS systems, payment service providers, banking suite apps, and expense suite apps.
- Monitor data integrity between systems, handle errors, and troubleshoot integrations.
- Develop technical specifications for API requests and responses, where applicable, and develop or support API connections.
- Develop a standard set of advanced reports, dashboards, and publish them in the standard navigation portlet.
- Create a standard set of advanced saved searches, records, and transaction types usage and process in the navigation portlet.
- Develop and implement Suiteflow and Suitescripts, and develop or support SuiteTalk Web services.
- Perform end-to-end testing, document steps and processes, user guides, and deployment.
- Responsible for onboarding, SLM, localization, and tax compliance, finance system enhancement, and add-on projects.
- Participate in other financial-related projects, including MIS fees billing, payment service providers, and CRM.
- Cross-functional teams' collaborations and delivery management, steering committee reporting.
- Ensure projects are completed on time as per targeted go-live dates.
Requirements
- Related finance and technology qualifications.
- Experienced with Oracle NetSuite implementation and administration, familiar with advanced revenue management, multi-book, multi-currency, and multi-subsidiary structure, financial standards, and tax compliance.
- Experienced with SaaS VAT/WHT reporting, electronic documents, and digital statutory financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in performing technical tasks, including troubleshooting, requirement analysis, design specification, system customization, integration solutions, and performance improvements.
- Experienced with integrated finance systems with 3rd party applications and APIs.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and experienced in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in a second language, preferably Spanish or local language.
