Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team at Forvia, a global leader in automotive technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and optimal operation of our plant by analyzing material flow and inventory coordination.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and ensure daily physical counts according to the counting schedule.
  • Perform inventory difference analysis in conjunction with Production Managers and Warehouse coordinators.
  • Analyze negative inventories and follow up on action plans.
  • Monitor action plans defined by area managers and obsolete and spare parts.
  • Verify the existence of materials in warehouses.
  • Monitor inventory reliability through the cycle counting process.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory reliability, compliance with the counting program, and daily net adjustment amount.
  • Utilize the FCS/SAP system applicable to your area and function.
  • Create a counting schedule based on stratification.
  • Perform stratification according to the standard cycle counting process.
  • Monitor engineering changes and material obsolescence.
  • Participate in general physical inventories.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the reliability of information.

Your Profile and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of data management and visualization tools, handling large volumes of information.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Autonomous individual with negotiation skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (8d, Ishikawa, PDCA).
