We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Uline.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for promoting safety awareness and compliance in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety procedures, training, and hazard analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the warehouse by identifying and mitigating hazards, providing training and support to employees, and monitoring safety metrics.
  • Participate in new product/process reviews, including process hazard analysis, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Train new employees on Uline's procedures and safety standards, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, verbal and written, is highly valued.
