About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Functional Quality Assurance Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining quality strategy, quality processes, and best practices in agile environments.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing, manage defects, keep documentation up-to-date, create and run functional tests, set test criteria, perform business requirement analysis, conduct risk analysis, and encourage the use of best practices among the company.

Requirements
  • Open to learning automation testing tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new technologies
  • Solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design
  • Creativity, ownership, and adaptability
  • The ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests

$60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
