The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Dimensional Quality Specialist Jr., you will ensure the delivery of third-party quality metrics, analyze data creatively, and identify new opportunities. You will also develop and execute standardization, manage multiple projects, and establish partnerships both internally and externally.

  • Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics and provide creative thinking to the analysis of data and the identification of new opportunities.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing standardization and experience with having cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization.
  • Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
  • Strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company, including senior leadership.
  • Establish partnerships both internally and externally and show commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to collect and synthesize data into meaningful information and communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
