Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Grundfos Holding A/S is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Analyst to join our Purchasing Shared Services team in San Luis Potosí, MX. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating complex purchasing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of supply chains.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented professional to provide administrative support to indirect daily ordering and PO management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all placed orders come via QP/SAP SRM are ordered within due time and delivered. This position reports directly to the Shared Service Manager and will operate daily out of any of our facilities in San Luis Potosí, MX on a Hybrid schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Purchase Request conversion to Purchase order coming from QP/ SAP SRM
• Handle order confirmations
• Follow up on orders using ZDMOPD/ME2N (delivery time, partial delivery, missing materials etc)
• Handle Vendor Invoice management
• Continuously gain and improve knowledge in Quick Procurement process
• Support indirect daily ordering process in general, answering questions coming from end users/requestors locally
• Create and maintain Framework orders, share and communicate them towards end-users and suppliers in their own area

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in indirect and direct sourcing and/or operational procurement activities
• Understanding of the order flow and related procurement processes
• Procurement system knowledge
• Fluent English

About You

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide flexible working hours, up to 3 days' additional paid leave for volunteering, annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, internal well-being consultants, and more.
