Create 2D art and animation using industry-standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.","4. Develop and maintain an efficient art pipeline to meet project deadlines.","5. Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality art and animation assets.","**Minimum Qualifications:**","1. 5+ years of experience in art and animation fundamentals and creative solutions.","2. Strong collaborative skills and ability to receive and give constructive feedback.","3. Experience with 2D art and animation integration workflow.","4. Strong traditional drawing and rendering abilities.","5. Thorough understanding of art asset setup, rigs, and animation for engines.","**Preferred Qualifications:**","1. Experience working in a scrum/kanban/agile environment.","2. Knowledge of children's media and educational apps.","3. Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams.","4. Capability of iterating divergently and refining solutions.","5.
