About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product visions that align with our clients' goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, markets, and customers to inform product development.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are incorporated into product development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Visionary who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product development, strategy, and management.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, solution managers, and engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HCL Commerce, or related technologies.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent.
