About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, using design thinking tools to inform product decisions.
  • Represent the client in ideation workshops, identifying new ideas and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop solution hypotheses and validate them through user research and testing.
  • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and ensure customer-centricity.
  • Translate product vision into a roadmap, prioritizing features that drive business value.
  • Validate and present business cases to C-level executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs are represented across the organization.
  • Establish objective goals and success criteria, using meaningful metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
  • Apply Lean Agile practices and frameworks to drive product development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared objectives.
  • Represent industry best practices and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, teams, and vendors, developing influence without authority.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Product Analysts to drive product innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in software solution development, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.
  • Demonstrated success creating digital products and enterprise solutions, from ideation to launch.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on customer-focused products and services.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate ideation.
  • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, using data to inform product decisions.
  • Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value.
  • Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors.
  • Influencer in continuous learning and innovation.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HCL Commerce, or related.
  • Experience in Retail or Consumer Product industry.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
  • Certified Agile Product Management certification.
