**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Resin Process Engineer to join our team at Molex. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust material feeding systems to ensure efficient production processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve a culture of excellence and quality.
- Ensure compliance with our quality management system, including BBS's and LPA's.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to inform equipment installation and commissioning.
- Install and commission new equipment, including material drying and feeding systems.
- Measure and control material flow through processes using software systems.
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and flowcharts for material feeding systems.
- Provide support to the production department to maintain KPI's within goal.
- Diagnose and resolve material supply issues to production areas.
- Install process equipment on molding machines and integrate with existing systems.
- Communicate effectively with interplant functional areas engineers.
- Coordinate Motan shop installation phases.
- Develop logistics with equipment suppliers to meet project schedules.
**Requirements**
- Associate degree in a technical field or 3+ years of experience in injection molding.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and facilities.
- High-level knowledge of engineering software systems.
- Personnel management experience.
- Experience with IATF audits.
- Experience working with CAD or AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
- Project management ability.
