Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is the heart of our hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to identify discrepant rooms.
  • Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities and coordinate with other departments.
  • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms.
  • Communicate changes in room assignments and ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
