About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our Quality organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the introduction, development, and implementation of new suppliers for our Purchasing and Quality organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production sites in maintaining a robust supply chain in terms of quality, stable processes, and deadlines.
  • Participate in improvement programs of series suppliers and continuously advance the continuous improvement process of our suppliers.
  • Perform risk analysis at suppliers and support internal customers concerning technical feasibility of potential suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with a technical background.
  • Certified VDA 6.3 auditor preferably.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, technical background including Project Management experience.
  • English level Advanced: Interviews will be in English.
  • Mechanical processing or injection/blow-molding or rubber technologies or assembling.
