Key Responsibilities- Act as the central interface for Program Management in production-relevant acquisition tasks, ensuring direct response and competitive cost estimation for customer quotations.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing cost development versus targets throughout the product life cycle.
- Analyze the product portfolio and develop a product roadmap to drive business growth.
- Evaluate the competitiveness of production locations and perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the yearly strategy process in alignment with Plant Managers and execute identified strategic measures.
- Verify business change requests regarding priority changes and support location decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanic, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 2 up to 3 years of experience in New Launches (cost management, documentation, and Manufacturing Engineering).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Industrialization or review and release of automated assembly lines.
- Negotiation skills, ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, critical thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
